The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are CIVSA's governing documents. Recommendations to amend the CIVSA Bylaws must come from the Executive Board or have the signatures of 10 percent of the voting membership. During the General Membership Meeting there will be a vote to approve any amendments to the CIVSA Bylaws which will require a two-thirds majority of valid ballots cast to include absentee votes.
